JEP  is a human rights equality study. The student is to read case law that touches on discrimination against women and compare this with the the International Status such as the Human Rights Laws, UNCEDAW. 

There will be role play undertaken and the opportunity to do moot court. 

The student is to be sensitised to laws touching on the equality of mankind.
