The purpose of this course is to build on the skills and experiences of Christian graduate students, namely: To equip them for servant leadership; to explore and apply the process, patterns, and principles God uses in the making of a leader, to enable them to understand and, apply various leadership and management theories and principles to their lives, ministries, work and current issues and to be able to develop others around them as skilled servant leaders.
