Purpose of the Course

This purpose of the course is to cover fundamental issues in the evaluation and administration of psychological tests. Students will be given “hands-on” experience with a variety of psychological instruments used for clinical assessment and abnormal personality testing. A variety of psychometric skills including administration, scoring, interpretation of the scores and treatment planning using the severity score values for different common psychological disorders will be taught.
