Course Purpose
This course is intended to equip students with knowledge on legal methods and introduce them to different legal systems. It seeks to educate learners on the different legal systems through a comparative study of legal systems with focus on the legal system in Kenya. The course also seeks to familiarize students with the ways in which cases are decided regarding different subject areas of law. This course seeks to examine the process of judicial law making, statutes and statutory interpretation, legal education and legal profession in Kenya.
